SVERDLOSK, TL7 USSR, July 6 -- After a closed-doors meeting of the ITF (Inter-Thread Task Force) Treaty Members in Sverdlosk this week, the ITF has also chosen to officially upbraid Sedona for violating the sovereignty of Feral Detroit.
Though the resolution condemned "violations of the security of a sovereign state," it did not urge any action on the part of ITF members or the ITF as a whole.
"Sedona’s actions in forcibly recovering a person under the protection of Feral Detroit must be denounced by the international community" was the opening sentence of the 5-page resolution.
"The resolution was quite tepid in comparison to the one issued regarding Magic Kingdom and was released afterwards despite the fact that it was requested by Feral Detroit months ago. This indicates a reluctance on the part of the ITF to deal with the issue at all," said Dr. Glenn Christmann, PhD, a political commentator and professor at the Penn State Department of Political Science.
"Feral Detroit is looking for excuse for military action and this will not be very encouraging," added Dr. Christmann. “Rumor says that Cold War Russia lobbied heavily to avoid this result which increased the likelihood of a weak statement. Additionally, ITF members are rumored to be annoyed with how public Feral Detroit decided to make this issue.”
Sedona is a smaller Thread located around what was the Sedona, Arizona area. It is run by a Witches Council operating under an extreme version of Dianic Wicca which classes men as a clear second class and opposes “Patriarchy” as the cause of most social ills. Invaded last year by Danzig, it is quite reclusive and paranoid with heavy mystical defenses. It is estimated to be a 4 on the Penn State Tech Level Scale, with a Kellner Rating of 7.10.
