Galveston, CTX (HNS)  The government of Confederate Texas, after meetings with President Hall of the Provisional Government of the Republic of New Orleans, has formally declared all of New Orleans' human citizens as citizens of the Confederacy.

“We recognize that New Orleans was part of the Confederacy and effectively under Union occupation for forty years before the invasion of the Demon-Government of Apophis.  As such, all citizens of human origin of New Orleans are citizens of Confederate Texas and entitled to all of the rights recognized by our Constitution.  We are prepared to let them live here and someday in the future support them in their efforts to retake that part of the Confederacy taken by Apophis,” said President Thomas Hindman.  There are credible reports that land is being sought for New Orleans citizens to live on, possibly in northeast Texas.
